Sub: Complaint about your travel agency.

I am writing to inform you about the discomfort I experienced because of your Travel Company. I had booked a ticket through your travel company from Mumbai to Delhi, on 29th December. The date of travel was 30 December.

I had reported to the stop, 15 minutes before the boarding time, but the bus was delayed by one hour. The destination was also delayed by one hour so I had to miss my flight and had to travel by a second class flight. The condition of the bus was also very poor. I had booked an AC bus, but the bus arrived was a non- AC with poor ventilation. The seating was also not good. The push back did not work and so I have developed a back pain.

For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund my ticket or replace my losses. Looking forward to your immediate response.
