Solution :-

→ Rs.2 and 50 paise : Rs.3 and 50 paise .

we know that,

  • Rs. 1 = 100 paise .

so,

→ (2 * 100) + 50 : (3 * 100) + 50

→ 200 + 50 : 300 + 50

→ 250 : 350

dividing both ratio by 10,

→ 25 : 35

dividing both ratio by 5 now,

5 : 7 (Option 1) (Ans.)

Hence, the ratio between the two given quantities in simplest form is 5 : 7.
