Given:-

  • Sana purchase \sf2\dfrac{1}{3}kg of apples.
  • She purchase \sf4\dfrac{3}{4}kg of oranges.

To Find:-

  • The total weight of fruits?

Solution:-

Sana purchases apples =\sf2\dfrac{1}{3}kg

{\qquad{\qquad}}=\dfrac{7}{3}kg

Sana purchases oranges =\sf4\dfrac{3}{4}

{\qquad{\qquad}}= \dfrac{19}{4}kg

 \sf \: total \: weight =  \frac{7}{3}  +  \frac{19}{4}  \\  \\   \sf=  \frac{28 + 57}{12}  \\  \\  =   \sf\frac{85}{12} kg

Hence,85/12kg is the total weight of fruits.
