= (-9/10) + 6/15

= -9/10 + 2/5

LCM(10,5) = 10

= (-9+4)/10

= -5/10

= -1/2

d) 1/8-5/24

= (1×3)/(8×3) - 5/24

= 3/24 - 5/24

= (3-5)/24

= -2/24

= -1/12
