Divide by cosA on both sides ,
2tanA + 3 = 5/cosA
2tanA + 3 = 5secA
Squaring both sides ,
4tan²A + 9 + 12tanA = 25sec²A
4tan²A + 9 + 12tanA = 25(1+tan²A)
21tan²A - 12tanA +16 = 0
The eqn. can't be simplified further as it will have complex roots.
