2. solve 2x/3 + 1 = 7x/15 + 3

2x/3 + 1 = 2x+3/3

7x/15 + 3 = 7x + 3(15)/15

2x+3/3 = 7x+45/15

2x +3 = 7x + 45 / 5

10x + 15 = 7x +45

3x = 30

x = 10
