3m² + 4m - 7 = 0

3m² - 3m + 7m - 7 = 0

3m (m-1) +7 (m-1) = 0

(m-1) (3m+7) = 0

m-1 = 0 and 3m+7 = 0

m = 1 and m = -7/3
