your answer is given below

 \frac{3x - 4}{y} = 7 \\ \\ \frac{3x - 4}{7} = y \: \: ...equation(1) \\ \\ \frac{4x + 6}{y} = 15 \\ \\ \frac{4x + 6}{15} = y \: \: ...equation(2) \\ \\ equation \: (1) \: and \: equation \: (2) \: value \: are \: same \: \\ \\ \therefore \: \frac{3x - 4}{7} = \frac{4x + 6}{15} \\ \\ \therefore \: 45x - 60 = 28x + 42 \\ \\ \therefore \: 45x - 28x = 42 + 60 \\ \\ \therefore \: 17x = 102 \\ \\ \therefore \: x = \frac{102}{17} = 6....ans(1) \\ \\ value \: of \: x \: put \: in \: any \: equation \: \\ \\ y \: = \frac{3x - 4}{7} \\ \\ y = \frac{3(6) - 4}{7} \\ \\ y = \frac{18 - 4}{7} = \frac{14}{7} = 2.....ans \: (2)
