when zinc granules are kept in beaker and add dilute hydrochloric acid then it forms zinc chloride and we see some of bubbles are formed that's shows the liberation of hydrogen gas and when we touch the beaker that is too hot that shows the increasing of temperature.

zinc granules + Hydrochloric acid ---> zinc chloride + Hydrogen gas
