  • presence of water .
  • favourable atmospheric condition.
  • presence of oxygen.

in detail

  • It's distance from sun. I mean it is at correct distance from sun not too close not so far which allows the existence of liquid form of H2O.
  • Our solar system which contain our planet is also at right distance from the core of our galaxy. I mean it is also not so far and not so close which also allows the existence of life.
  • Earth has ozone layer to block harmful UV rays coming from sun responsible for many problems.
  • Earth has its magnetic field which also protects us from harmful rays.
  • Also our sun is stable and a long lasting star providing us a lot of energy.
  • Earth has its atmospheric layer which traps the useful gases like oxygen which is very important for us.
  • Earth's gravity is also a factor that made life possible on earth. I mean earth's gravity is not so week and not so strong.
  • 3-D design of earth is also important as if we are 2-D we are crawling on each other and digestion is also not possible and if in any other dimension earth become unstable and fall into the sun.
