2) False: The exact contrary statement is true ...right to information enables the public to know about each and every affair of the government which makes it nearly impossible for govt to work in secrecy .. except for defence sector all other sectors have to be transparent because of Right to Information.

3) True : Our country runs on the constitution and it is must for everyone to follow it ...though it was framed in 1949...and came into power in 1950 ...it's still the primary source behind our judiciary executive and legislature ..hence it is a living document.
