tan 30 = 1/√3

then 2tan30/(1+tan^2 30) is= 2×1/√3 / (1+(1/√3)²)

= 2/√3 / (1+1/3)         in brackets by taking 3 as l cm we get

= 2/√3 / (3-1/3)

= 2/√3 / 2/3

= 2/√3×3/2

= 3 / √3   (3 can be written as √3×√3) (and 2 and 2 will get cancelled)

= √3×√3 /√3

= √3

= tan 60
