                  $\frac{A+B+C+D}{4} =15$                     equation(1)

we know,   $\frac{A+C}{2} = 15$    ⇒ $A+C = 30$

      and $B = 14$

on putting the these values in equation(1), we get

              $\frac{A+B+C+D}{4} =15\\\frac{30+14+D}{4} =15\\\frac{44+D}{4} =15$

              44 + D = 15 x 4

              44 + D = 60

                   D = 60 - 44

                   D = 16
