Answer:

A = πr^2

Firstly find radius

C = 2πr

17.6 = 2 × 22/7 × r

17.6 × 7 = 2 × 22 × r

123.2 = 44r

r = 123.2 / 44

r = 2.8

Now area of circle

A = πr^2

A = 22/7 × (2.8) ^2

A = 22/7 × 784/10

A = 246.4 cm^2
