The mass of Earth is more than the mass of Moon.So,the force by which the Earth attracts the Moon is more than the force by which the Moon attracts the Earth.

both Earth and Moon attract each other with the same gravitational force because gravitational force is depend on M1.M2 it does not depend depend on anyones particular mass it depends on combined mass so we cannot say that which particle is attracting whom with more force or less force
