Ans:-There is a girl in story "Tommy " who hope that take away altogether but what happened they silect new Teacher for one month. He is not regular teacher .he is man .she thought how the man teach? how the man be Teacher. Teacher try to understand each and every students .He adjust every thing every girl and boy because they have no habit of other Teacher. He teach students which things or way they feel happy.so every Teacher should adjust and he should make environment happy .the students interest in study and teacher. because now child centere education
