2. The length, breadth and height of a room are 5 m, 4 m and 3 m respectively. Find me
cost of white washing the walls of the room and the ceiling at the rate of 7.50 per m. ​

And area of the ceiling wall = l × b

=> 5 × 4 m²

=> 20 m²

Total area of the walls required for whitewashing = area of four walls of room + area of the ceiling wall

=> 54m² + 20m²

=> 74m²

Also we have:-

Cost of whitewashing 1 m² = 7.50/-

Cost of whitewashing 74 m² = 74 × 7.50/-
