Given:-

70,55,95,62.......51

arrange them in ascending order so we get,

51, 55, 58, 60, 62, 64, 65, 68, 70, 75,80,82,85,90,95

total observations=15 (n)

so as the n is odd we will use, n+1/2

15+1/2=16/2

=8

8th observation, I.e 68 is the answer.
