Let that angle be y.

Then, y+¼y=180°

(4y/4) + (y/4) = 180°

4y+y/4=180°

5y= 180°×4

y= 720°/5

y= 144°

The complementary angle of y = 90°-y

= 90°-144°

= (-54°)

The measure of the given angle's complementary angle is -54°.

Hope it helps you.
