Answer:

ok The circumference of a circle is 2πr or πD if diameter is given.

The answer is 25.13 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Now method 1:

C=2πr

So finding for radius in this equation=diameter/2

8/2=4 cm

So now 2 × 22/7 × 4

176/7=25.13 cm

OR

C=πD

22/7 × 8

176/7=25.13 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Breadth=y

Length=x

Perimeter =28cm

Area=48cm^2

(a)We know that,

Perimeter of a rectangle =2(l+b)

=>28=2(x+y)

=>x+y=28/2

=>x+y=14

We know that.

Area of a rectangle =l×b

=>48=xy

=>xy=48

(b)Breadth =Area/Length

=>y=48/x

Length =Area/Breadth

=>x=48/y

A/Q

x-y=48/y - 48/x

=48x-48y/xy We took xy as L.C.M.

=48(x -y)/xy

=48(x-y)/48 We found out that xy=48,So I replaced xy with 48

=x-y The denominator 48 and the numerator 48 got cancelled

(c)Breadth =Area/Length

=>y=48/x

Length =Area/Breadth

=>x=48/y

Hope you understand

And I am not sure about the answer of (b)
