 \sf \: Perimeter = 48 \\  \sf \: 4(side) = 48 \\  \sf \: side = 12 \: cm

 \sf \: area  =  {(side)}^{2}  \\  =  {(12)}^{2} \\  = 144 \sf \: {cm}^{2}

 \sf Diagonal =   side \times  \sqrt{2}  \\  =  \sf \: 12 \sqrt{2} \:  cm
