4y+7x=115 ....1

4y+2x=90

4y=90-2x .....2

put equation 2 in 1 ,

90-2x+7x=115

90+5x=115

5x=115-90

5x=25

x=25/5

put value of x in equation 2 ,

4y=90-2(15)

4y=90-30

4y=60

y=60/4

y=15

price of 1 notebook=₹15
