2. The prime cost of an article is 3 times the value of raw materials used. The cost of raw
materials increase in the ratio of 5 : 12 and working expenses in the ratio of 3 : 5. If the
former prime cost of the article is 40.50, at what price should it now be sold in order to
make a profit of 25%?
