Relative humidity expresses the saturation of humidity in the air. With increasing altitude, the air becomes thin and the atmospheric pressure drops to lower levels gradually. Thehumidity that can be held by the air at high altitudes decreases in amounts

The amount of water vapour changes according to different in temperature, similarly relative humidity is more in the morning and night. In the afternoon, as temperature increases, relative humidity decreases. Near coastal area the relative humidity is more and so the air is moist. In desert area relative humidity is less.
