20% OF 15 CM= 3 cm

then new sides of rectangle are

20 by adding 4 = 24

15 by adding 3 = 18

then new area of rectangle is 24×18= 432cm²

then for percentage increase we will substract it by first area

432-300=132cm²

132/300× 100 is equal to 44 % it is answer
