In today's busy world where people work hard to meet their both ends they didn't get time for themselves. We didn't realise the importance of exercising and meditation. Basically everyone aims to earn mony. But they didn't understand that for working hard they need a thing should be maintained i.e. healthy body
Someone rightly said "Healthy mind lives in healthy body". Exercise makes us feel fresh and helps us to concentrate in our work. It also helps us and keeps us disease-free. It also helps in positive approach. According to a research only half an hour of exercise and household word can help in keeping a person fit and healthy.
But many of us thinks that if we have to do exercise or yoga have to join a gym or camps or fitness centres etc. Gyms are only business where they earns huge profits by minting money from people. These centres are making people fool.
It' very important for all of us to do exercise and yoga especially in today's world. Although we have to understand that physical and mental exercises can also be performed at home at least for 30 minutes.
