  • India has numerous achievements to its prestige. It has built a modern economy which is the second fastest growing economy and remained a democracy, raised millions out of poverty, has evolved an expanse and nuclear power and expanded a robust foreign policy.

  • The shifting from Colonialism to an independent democracy has brought into existence new political, economic and social structural alterations in India during the colonial era. All the structural alterations were supported by cultural changes. The two major structural differences that were brought into India are Industrialization and Urbanization.

  • India has reached a high direction since Independence, abandoning behind a cord of landmarks that distinguish its journey from the suffering of Partition to a powerful, influential and expanding nation.
