Then, number of fruits in biger box be

(x + 24)

SOLUTION

= x + (x + 24) = 1620

= 2x + 24 = 1620

= 2x = 1620 - 24

= 2x = 1596

= x = 1596

NOW,

Number of fruits in smaller box = x = 798

And number of fruits in bigger box =

= (x + 24) = 798 + 24 = 822

So, number of fruits in smaller box is
