2 trains depart at diff time from the same place with diff speed.. When will they meet?

if the first train is first moved and if if it is moving with a maximum speed, so the second is opposite to it but only from same place they moved but different speeds and at different time they moved , so the first train had to slower down or the second train must increase its speed if they want to meet
