Base of ∆ABD = 10+8 = 18cm
Altitude of ∆ABD = 5.5cm
Area of ∆ABD = 1/2 * 18 * 5.5 = 49.5 cm²
Altitude of ∆ABD = 5.5cm
Area of ∆ABD = 1/2 * 18 * 5.5 = 49.5 cm²
