2. Two identical insulated metal spheres have charges of +8 mC and -4 mC. Describe in

The excess electrons on the negative sphere will opened up over the joint surfaces until the charge density on both spheres is equal to negative.

So, giving the identically sized spheres an equivalent surface potential.

The equivalent surface potential is that surface which is that the locus of all points which are at an equivalent potential is understood because the equipotential surface. No work is required to maneuver a charge from one point to a different on the equipotential surface.

So, between the 2 spheres there'll remain an electron shortage (for neutral surfaces), leaving each sphere with a +2mC charge
