So 2 upon 3 ÷ 6 upon 9

2 upon 3 × 9 upon 6

then cut 2 and 6 as 2×3=6 and cut 3 and 9 as3×3=9.

so the answer is 3 upon 3.

Now cut 3 both in numerator and denominator. So the answer is 1.
