Steps I would take if I were the incharge of energy:-

1. I would ban petrol/ diesel vehicles.
2. In one day of the week no vehicles can't run if you have to go anywhere you can go by cycle or walking.
3. In one day of the month electricity would be cut off for everyone except hospitals.

4. If any one Cuts trees they would be put in jail.
