2- We know that Liver is the largest exocrine gland in human body but still it
has no direct role in digestion and doctors always focus on healthy Liver for
good digestion. Why is it so ?​

The extra glucose present in the blood after digestion is stored in the form of Glycogen in the Liver. It also secrets bile juice which contains enzymes that convert the large fat globules into smaller globules in the small intestine which increases the efficiency of the fat digesting enzymes. Hence we can conclude that Liver helps in Digestion.

Yes, you're right. But it does have an indirect role in digestion. If the Liver gets damaged, there is a possibility that we may die. This is so because the  bile juice produced by the liver plays a very important role in the digestion of fats and some vitamins. The main functions of liver is that it processes the nutrients absorbed from the small intestine.
