महोदय,

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं आपके विद्यालय की कक्षा आठवीं ए का छात्र हूँ। कल शाम से मैं उच्च ज्वर से पीड़ित हूँ। उच्च ज्वार के कारण मैं विद्यालय आने में असमर्थ हूँ। डॉक्टर ने मुझे अगले 5 दिनों तक बिस्तर पर आराम करने की सलाह दी है। मैं अगले पांच दिन विद्यालय में अनूपस्थित रहूँगा। कृपया मुझे क्षमा करें और मुझे अगले पांच दिनों का अवकाश प्रदान करें। मैं आजीवन आपका आभारी रहूँगा।

Such as:1) no studying environment offered by other students

2)no silent library.

3)teachers never come on

Time.

Etc. These are the problems in your school.
