1. Belgium is a country full of complex ethnic structure , to manage it properly , there are some terms and conditions expected by the people of belgium , this is called as belgium model.Following are interesting elements of belgium model:- a) state goverment does not work under the influence of central government.b) In Belgium , Dutch majority expected equal representation in government and so did French speaking majority in Brussels.c) there is a third kind of government called community government, this government is elected by people of all communities - french , dutch and german, didn't matter were they live.
2. Before accepting a job I would keep the following thing in my mind:-a) I would first think about the working condition.b) second, I would think about the amount of money that I would get.c) Dignity matters alot.d)Job security. e)working area, were I have to work .
