Animals ar mostly killed or neglected or left alone in the streets when they are too old to serve in any way. they die by their own if left alone without any care after draining it's energy. They do not know to look after them because they would have been taken cat of for a long time and suddenly when they can't serve their master they get thrown out. Yes there are associations and organizations to look after old and disabled animals.
