Heya
Parasitic plants do not have chlorophyll(very few do) and they acquire nutrition from other plants.
Haustoria are root like projections from the parasitic plant which penetrate into the tissues of the host plant and draw water from its xylem and nutrients from its phloem.
Haustoria helps in acquiring nutrition to the parasitic plants.
Hope it helps!
