What is the sum of first 20 natural numbers?

The difference between the first 20 numbers is 1. Hence, we can use arithmetic progression (AP)

The formula is \frac{n}{2} × (highest+lowest term)

= \frac{20}{2} × (1+20)

= 10 × 21

= 210
