Answer:

Pulakeshin II was a strong ruler and Chinese traveller Xuanzang said about Pulaskeshin II that “a "man of farsighted resource and astuteness who extends kindness to all".

The chalukya kings preferred death to disloyalty. Harsha is known as Harshavardhana and he was an Indian emperor who ruled North India from 606 to 647 CE.

Harsh always tried to expend his kingdom rather than concentrating on his own dignity and loyalt.

From India Hiuen Tsang took with him 150 pieces of the bodily relics of Buddha, a large number of Buddha images which was in purely gold, silver and sandalwood and above all, 657 volumes of valuable manuscripts, carried by twenty horses of his escort party.

Back in his home in China, he assisted by several scholars, he set himself to translate some of those manuscripts into the Chinese language. During his lifetime, about 74 Buddhist works were translated which proved of immense value to the people of China.
