Why chlorophyll is essential for photosynthesis ?

Answer:- Stroma are the minute opening in the chloroplast acquiring in large number on the lower surface of the leaf the main function of stroma is to let CO2 from the atmosphere for photosynthesis when stroma are not in use for photosynthesis they tend to close the opening so that the water loses Amin from the leaves through leaves.
