The main deciding factor whether an animal is "cold blooded" or "warm blooded" is that, if an animal has the same internal body temperature throughout the year inspite of the environment outside, it is called warm-blooded animal. Whereas, if the internet temperature of an animal changes with the outside environment, then it is called cold-blooded animal.
