• Color, line, shape, pattern, significance, composition, and space are the tools which are used by artists in Arts and Crafts for creating an artwork or craft work.

• The principles of design are how those structure fences are arranged comprising contrast, tone, proportion, balance, harmony, priority, activity, and variation. The principles of art interpret how the artist tries the elements of art for creating an impact and to enable to convey the intention of the artist.

• Texture is the most important element used in Arts and Crafts because it is used to define the surface quality of the work with reference to the types of lines that the artist creates.
