- Length of 1st wire = 32 cm
- Length of 2nd wire = 44 cm
- Wire have greater resistance.
We know that,
- Resistance of a given conductor is directly proportional to its length.
So,
Wire of length 44 cm have greater resistance than wire of length 32 cm
Because if the length of wire is more then free electrons have to travel more distance and hence it causes more resistance.
