Verbatim refer to the words which are written in a word to word from the original text or source. It involves noting down of proceedings, speeches in a word to word or accuracy.

There are two types of verbatim:

Full verbatim, and

Clean verbatim.

Full verbatim refers to words which are transcripted absolutely what is said. It includes all uhhs, umms, vocabulary and grammatical mistakes.
