1. Filtration isn’t a suitable method as the grains won’t stick to the paper or whatever you are filtering with
2. Winnowing has a higher chance of blowing away flour instead of the husk or grain
3. Threshing will again result in loss of wheat

So, Sieving is suitable as the larger grains will get stuck in the sieve while flour will go through
