Answer 1

Wanda is seen as different by others. They think she is poor and lonely girl. The girls made fun of her poverty and teased her by commenting on her dress.

Answer 2

Wanda did not show any feelings regarding the dress game. It was most likely she was deeply hurt. She said that she had a hundred dresses because she really had, but in drawings, they were all so beautiful, colourful and different.

Answer 4

Miss Mason was so impressed by Wanda's drawings and so were the children. They thought that they all were worthy of appreciation and any of them could win the contest, they were all so different and beautiful. I know this, because it was said in the story.
