Explanation:

Sibylla is the Sibyl of Cumae who was granted a wish by Godess Apollo that she would live for many years as the grains of sand she held in her hand. She is a prophetess in Greek mythology.

Diana is the Godess of virginity in classical mythology. She is an emblem of chastity who is associated with wild animals and woodlands. She is also the Godess of Moon and hunting.

They are referred to in the context by Portia as she describes Nerissa how she obeys her father's will. Portia says that if she would live a life as long as Sibylla, she would die as chaste as Diana, unless any of the suitors win her by her father's will.

I hope this answer would be in use for the doubters.

This answer is OK for class 9 students.
