The word "capital" originates from the Latin capitalis, meaning "of the head". As the city at the head of the territory, it is linked to the state and hosts the seat of government and, if they exist, usually royalty too. The capital needs to be protected, but also able to exert control and project unity.

we need national capital because if we do not have capital than to manage the holl country would be difficult. the nation have their own capital to centralized the country, to manage the country, it would be so easy to get control on all the States from one palace and keeping eye on the activities of the States.
