Air is a mixture of gases. Many gases like hydrogon, cardon dioxide, argon, neon, oxygen is present in air. We need oxygen to live. Without oxygen we cannot survive. Air helps in maintaining temperature and also a supplier of energy.

We do need air to live our lives.

  • All the living organisms including humans, plants, and animals need to breath for a living.
  • We inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide which is a necessity for living a life, producing energy and in the preparation of food.
  • Breathing is an important process because it helps in performing the basic functions of life like digesting food, moving muscles, etc.
  • Oxygen is the good air we take in and release carbon dioxide, which is the stale air present in our body.
  • Without the air, we will be dead as the cells of our body would not be able to perform the body functions.

Hence, to live a proper life, we do need air to breathe.
